We want you to get value from Rekt Writeoff. Because our reports are digital goods generated on demand from your data, this policy explains when refunds are available.

Try before you buy

The free wallet scan lets you preview your loss exposure and how many NFTs you hold before you pay. We encourage you to run it first.

7-day satisfaction window

If the Service does not work as described, or a report could not be generated for your wallets, contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact form and we will make it right — including a full refund where warranted.

What isn't refundable

Because outputs are estimates from public data, we cannot offer refunds simply because a result differs from your expectation, because the market moved, or because your tax professional reaches a different conclusion. Reports already delivered and used are generally non-refundable outside the window above.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.

How to request

Use our contact form with the email you purchased under and a short description. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
